Doing three sets of 4x90lbs immediately followed by 15x50 lbs with a one minute rest between each set 💕All you can eat hot pot tonight 😈I found out I can’t powerlift because I’m hypermobile and my joints will slide out of place if I do any vanity lifting 😵 but I’m getting as strong as I can anyway
