Remember when I mentioned I was looking for a new hobby? 🧐 Well, I decided to try paddleboarding! And I’m surprised at how much I loooved it!! 😍😍😍 I didn’t even want to listen to music or talk to anyone 🤫 It might sound a bit sad, but sometimes you really just need to be alone and listen to the sounds of nature 🍃 My therapist once told me that rest and entertainment are actually two different things, and it's important to take time for yourself without your phone or any videos/games! Honestly, after just two hours in silence, with the sound of the water, watching the lilies, dragonflies, and drifting with the current, I feel more refreshed than if I’d stayed home watching YouTube 🥰 You have to try it and let me know if you enjoyed paddleboarding! And definitely tell me how you feel after such a gadget-free break 🥰🥰🥰 Of course, I can’t do it all day, LOL, but a couple of hours? Pure bliss 🤤 P.S. I look like an Amazon warrior out there, hahaha! 💫

Guys!! I WAS WHIPPED WITH AN OAK BROOM IN THE SAUNA for the FIRST TIME!! 🥵 Generally, I'm not a big fan of saunas, and I usually run out after just a few minutes 😅 but I really like hammams 🤤 ... Anyway, I saw everyone hitting each other with brooms, so I decided to try it myself (actually, I just felt shy to ask someone...) The sensations are PLEASANT, I like the smell of dried leaves, and the light breeze created by swinging the broom. An interesting combination of slight pleasant pain 😮💨
I decided to attend a **pottery workshop** 🏺 I've never been a fan of sculpting since childhood, but darn it ... I enjoyed touching and molding the clay so much that I couldn't get off that wheel 😭 It's soft, pliable, smooth... 😭😭😭 Do you know that test, what type you are? Auditory, kinesthetic? Well, I'm kinesthetic, I understand everything through "touching" and I really love touching people close to me, but unfortunately, because of increased anxiety over the past few years, I stopped doing it as I'm not sure whether they'll like it ... haha 😂 I find incredible focus when I engage in such activities, and it turns out so calmly, almost meditatively 🧘🏻♀️ Highly recommend it for folks experiencing stress—it's an amazing way to release tension 🥰🥰🥰 In a couple of weeks, the piece will be ready, I'll definitely show it to you 🥹💖 For now, here's what I've got, a little cup ☕️
