It felt so good to dance for the first time in a couple of weeks ❤️ I’ve been healing an injury, and I feel that I’ve learned so much about my body and my approach to training in the process. Remembering less can be more if I slow down and fully embody the moment. I’m happy because injuries used to devastate me mentally…now I’m able to listen to the wisdom of my body with trust and flow towards what she needs. She always knows 🌊
